Tony Bash

CEO & Founder

An internationally recognized marketing expert, Bash has successfully created brands and new products for existing companies, staffed entire organizations, retooled businesses and been part of two teams that have raised more than $70 million in capital.

Bash founded Gesundheit while he was still vice president of sales for innovative food, beverage and spirits developer LiDestri, where he oversaw sales for the company’s existing food business and emerging beverage categories nationally and internationally. During his time at LiDestri he worked with the executive team to leverage beverage sales and use the channel as the catalyst for the company’s innovation and growth.

His experience includes executive management stints at PepsiCo, Nike and Avia Athletic Footwear where he was founding vice president of marketing, responsible for creating the brand and sales strategies that grew the company to $120 million in sales in its first four years.

Dennis Castle

Founder, Governmental & State Affairs

Co-founder Dennis Castle is responsible for Gesundheit Foods’ federal, state and municipal regulatory compliance. Castle is also the owner of Millenicom Telecommunications, a provider of global voice and data services.

As the son of a cancer survivor and father of a child with autism, Castle is dedicated to pursuing alternative solutions for today’s intractable and incurable maladies. Whether working with at-risk youth or leading a global corporation, Castle’s skills at uncovering pitfalls and building on opportunities, along with his determined patience, has guaranteed success in every endeavor.

Dennis Bash

CAO

As Chief Administrative Officer, Dennis Bash is responsible for finance, human resources, logistics and organizational development at Gesundheit Foods.

Bash brings to Gesundheit 30 years of experience in banking, which began when he was a teller while attending the University of Washington. During his tenure in the banking industry, he served in a number of operations, training, sales, service and marketing positions on a regional and national level. After leaving banking, Bash transitioned into consulting, where he specialized in sports/sponsorship/event marketing.

David Stoklosa

COO

Chief Operating Officer David Stoklosa’s primary role is to establish, operate, and maintain Gesundheit Foods manufacturing facilities in Washington, Oregon, California, and Nevada. He brings to the company more than 30 years in operations management and site development experience.

Most recently, Stoklosa was managing director of Love Beets Production LLC, where he was responsible for new factory installation, commissioning and startup. Previous to that, he was vice president, corporate business development for LiDestri Foods, where he led all new business initiatives across foods, beverages, and spirits. Before his tenure in food manufacturing and packing, Stoklosa served a long tenure with Eastman Kodak, where most notably he was director of Eastman Business Park, Kodak Rochester Operations and was responsible for the re-development of the Eastman Business Park as a sustainable industrial campus, providing fully integrated services to multiple tenants.

Jeff Turner

Cofounder & General Manager

Jeff Turner is responsible for construction and management of all Gesundheit facilities and is leading the company’s expansion into other states.

Turner is fluent in modern construction procedures, having spent a decade building bank facilities throughout the Pacific Rim for Wells Fargo through his father’s company, L.L. Turner Construction. A lifelong entrepreneur, Turner is also an experienced agricultural operations manager.

Keith Aisner

Vice President of Marketing

Keith Aisner is a seasoned marketing, design, and branding professional with more than two decades of experience. Aisner brings to Gesundheit a strong background in strategy for diverse business segments, including the communications, wine, and auto industries. He has traveled extensively, living in locations from Alaska to Maine and beyond, and has created brands that have sold across America.

A published playwright, musician, and professional actor/director, Aisner believes that great marketing, design, and branding, like all great art, is built on telling memorable, moving stories that speak the truth.

Victoria Starr, RPh

Pharmacist

Director of Advocacy and Public Relations

Victoria Starr is a registered pharmacist with 22 years of mental health experience. She also worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative with both Eli Lilly and Company and Johnson & Johnson, promoting and educating mental health professionals on psychotropic medications.

Starr’s experience working in the pharmaceutical industry led her to spend 10 years working undercover on behalf of the federal government and to become a whistleblower in a major lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson.

Since being diagnosed with Lyme Disease in January 2016, she’s been working with NAMI SW Washington to form a Lyme Disease Collaborative to educate the public, including the healthcare community about Chronic Lyme Disease.

Charles Edward Harrell

Legal Counsel

Charles Harrell is outside general counsel to the Gesundheit Foods. Harrell has been practicing law since 2001, with an emphasis on representing small and family-owned businesses as general outside counsel and advising his clients in all legal aspects of the operation of their businesses. Harrell’s law practice focuses on general corporate governance, business transactional matters and real estate transactions. His industry focus includes clients in Portland’s athletic and outdoor sector, light industrial and manufacturing, real estate development, wineries and vineyards, alcohol and spirits, and agricultural services.

Josh Kincaid

Product Research & Development

Josh Kincaid brings to Gesundheit Foods extensive experience working with C-suite executives in the CPG space (consumer packaged goods) to develop new, exciting, life changing products.

He began his career in technology during the first dot-com boom era, working for a local consulting company. Leading the company as COO, Kincaid implemented new technological and business areas that led to a rapid increase of sales, customer satisfaction and business efficiency. Moving away from technology, Kincaid entered the world of finance and credit, becoming the national sales director for Coface USA Credit & Factoring, a French company with offices in 99 countries.
